	Priority Mail	* Fast BUT NO TRACKING * 2-3 Days to most US locations * Good for light packages

Orders from Outside the U.S.

2. We accept Credit Card orders from several countries, but due to some country's banking laws, and other inter-bank communication problems, we can not ship everywhere. We apologize for this and hope that conditions will change in the near future. IF YOU LIVE IN A COUNTRY NOT LISTED BELOW, EMAIL US BEFORE taking the time to place an order.

3. We must now do a Address Verification Check (AVS) prior to shipping. This means that Visa (or other issuer) must check with your bank by FAX or Telex. This usually delays shipping between 24-48 hours (longer depending on how long the bank takes to respond), or can even result in voiding the order if there is no response. There are NO DELAYS or problems if you use an AMEX Card.

• UPS Standard to Canada
  * With tracking included, available at checkout for Canadian orders only.
  * 5-10 days estimate, depending on how long customs holds the package
  * Goods sent outside the U.S. may be liable for customs, duty and/or Value Added Tax on importation. As we have no control over when or if these fees occur, any customs charges or licenses requirements are the customer's responsibility.
  

• USPS Airmail
  * 10-15+ days (although the postal service claims 4-10 days, our experience is that often takes longer) estimated delivery but we have no control on how long a country's Customs Officials will hold a given package, which can add a week or more to delivery time.
  (Max. length 60", max. length plus girth 108").
  * Probably the best combination of cost and speed
  * We understand the cost is high but compared to other carriers, it is less than 1/2 the price.
  * Goods sent outside the U.S. may be liable for customs, duty and/or Value Added Tax on importation. As we have no control over when or if these fees occur, any customs charges or licenses requirements are the customer's responsibility.
  

• USPS Surface Mail
  * 9-13 (or more) WEEKS estimated delivery but we have no control on how long a country's Customs Officials will hold a given package, which can add 2 weeks or more to delivery time. <NOTE: Surface Mail has slowed considerably over the past few years; now, in 2007we can no longer recommend it to our customers. The Postal Service claims 4-6 weeks but don't believe it. The last shipment to Australia took 13 weeks (late 2006)>
  * Max. length 60", max. length plus girth 108"
  * The most economical method but EXTREMELY slow
  * Goods sent outside the U.S. may be liable for customs, duty and/or Value Added Tax on importation. As we have no control over when or if these fees occur, any customs charges or licenses requirements are the customer's responsibility.
  

We never process an order unless the items requested are in stock.
If an ordered item is out of stock or for any reason not available for shipment, you will be notified by e-mail, and given a realistic time for delivery. Again, in all cases, your credit card will ONLY be charged when an order is ready for shipment, not when the order is placed.
