        For a few years now, I have been using your service to buy larger piece puzzles for my 87 yr old mother in law, as I can only source a limited amount of similar items in the United Kingdom.  It seems strange having to purchase these items from the USA, but that's the global Internet market we live in. 
        I am frequently asked by my mother in law, "are you going to get me more puzzles soon?" and I know that means a visit to bgamers.com.  My most recent transaction only took 8 days to cross the Atlantic, door to door, and if that isn't good service, I don't know what is!

• Hi! .......I want to give you some feed back regarding your service and the products you sell. I have done all my Christmas shopping on-line for five years. The service Bgamers.com (Games Unlimited) provides is excellent and out performs much larger retailers. Your on-line service manages to retain the feel of the one-on-one face-to-face personal touch a customer would get in a brick and mortar store. That takes extra effort by a skilled staff. Kudos to all for your hard work.
       I purchased "GO" for my oldest son.  As suggested I printed the history as well as the directions for the game. He is a college student. He began reading the history of the game and became instantly captured by the history and mystique of the game. It was the first gift he opened and seemed to be a bigger hit than the cash he received. When a cash strapped college student talks more about an unusual and interesting game than cash is a testament to the type of products you sell.
       My younger son is an avid poker player and wanted a set of Kem poker decks. When I found you carried Gemaco Premium Poker decks I was pleasantly surprised. He too was was more impressed with the hard to find better quality card decks than he was with the Lowes gift card he received as a house warming gift for his recently purchased home! 
       While searching your site for specific items I discovered a rare game and a better quality product than what I was initially searching for.
